How it works

Use steps bellow to download Following and Followers lists from your Instagram account, then upload downloaded file to compare those lists and see who’s not following back.

  1. Click More icon, represented by a hamburger More in your Instagram profile.
  2. Click Accounts Centre, then click Your information and permissions.
  3. Click Download your information.
  4. Click Download or transfer information.
  5. Select the profile that you’d like to export information from.
  6. Choose to select Some of your information.
  7. Scroll down and choose Followers and following.
  8. Choose to download information to your device.
  9. Choose Format: JSON, and Date range: All time. (*This step is important*)
  10. Once you have customised your export, click Create files.
  11. When files are ready, upload downloaded .zip file to Instagram unfollowers checker.
 
Note: It may take up some time for Instagram to prepare your download. When your download is ready, you’ll have four days to export file in the Download your information section in Accounts Centre.
 
Exporting your files is a password-protected process that only you have access to.
If you’ve requested for your information to be exported, you’ll receive an email notification and a notification on Instagram letting you know when it’s done.
